Blo Blow Dry Bar

I hadn't visited Blo before. It was my first time. Even though I had approved the hair style before I left the salon, the person I went to my event with snapped this photo of the back of my hair. There are a lot of straight pieces that were not curled. While I was in the salon, I didn't even notice these with the quick look I had at the back of my hair. The person that worked with my hair also didn't lift my head enough to wash the hair near my neck, and perhaps didn't use enough product to get a decent blow dry. My hair looked very different after being dried, compared to the other clients around me. I feel like it wasn't dried enough.
Don't get me wrong. Everyone I talked to that worked there is incredibly nice, and looking around I could see that the other clients getting their hair done had very good work being done to their hair. I don't doubt the abilities of the staff an this salon. I just feel like the person that did my hair might need a bit more experience and have extra concentration while working with her client. I felt like there was more chatting happening than needed to be while working with my hair. I didn't notice this with other clients and staff.
I would go back here again when needed but I would be sure to request a different stylist, and choose an item from the 7 styles that I wasn't told about during my visit. I found out about these after.

Very friendly staff. Got a same day appointment which was important. Laura did an amazing job. Understood what I wanted and then gave me the exact look. She is super friendly as well. Parking is not the greatest as have to find street parking but given the atmosphere inside is great that can be over looked

Fantastic! Clean space, friendly staff and they high quality products in all their services. Blo outs last me a few days easily depending on the style. Definitely recommend!

I loved this location. All the staff was so lovely and made me feel like a star. Nicole looked at a photo I liked and was able to make it her own creation which was fantastic. Marisa made sure to make my hair sexy and last the entire evening. Thank you guys! I’ll see you in July!

I’ve been to Blo a couple times now and have never been disappointed. The girls are all so sweet and helpful and I felt very much taken care of. Belinda gave me an awesome (much needed apparently) scalp massage and was able to manage my damaged hair so well when I had an appointment with her. And last time, Brenda made my hair look so fancy, I got compliments on it all night! I can’t wait for my next blow out! :)
