My old 2012 laptop was taken in for one day to get a new hard drive because this place had the best prices and my laptop could hardly run, now my laptop works good as new.

Extremely happy with Blue Bot. We brought our external hard drive to Bryan after it suddenly died. This drive stored 10 years worth of files, pictures, videos, etc. We have a back-up but unfortunately, only saved partial. Long story short, Bryan was able to recover 100% of the files for a decent price compared to what others have quoted us. Would recommend this shop for data recovery services. Kudos to Bryan for keeping us posted every step of the way.
