Bluenotes

Until this past week I'd never been to one of their stores and only purchased from the Bluenotes pop-up store at the CNE. I had to exchange an item and it was quick and easy. The layout of the store is virtually identical to Boathouse and similar competition, lots of stock with special markdown items on racks and tables. I can see how it would be challenging for people with mobility devices to navigate the store easily, if they don't mind brushing up against the clothing, it could be done. I feel confident the helpful, friendly staff may be able to offer personalized assistance to shoppers with challenges, if requested. Convenient parking on site.

Hi . I have gone into your shops few times the past month and I am noticing that it is very inaccessible. I had my son in a wheelchair, and pushing him around through aisles was very difficult, and clothes kept falling because the wheelchair kept hitting it. Please try to be inclusive and make it more accessible #accessiblitymatters #inclusion
