The experience I had with Bradbury Estate Realty was amazing! My Sales Representative, Randy Andrejciw, took the time at the beginning to understand what my goals were and that is when everything became a reality! Within one month he found my new home and sold my former home, within one day of being on the market! I was given a plan of how things were going to go, what was expected of me and was kept up to date with what was happening. The team came in to do the staging, which I believe made a huge difference! Randy quickly adapted to the disrupted real-estate market selling our home quickly for a good price. Randy went above and beyond by helping us declutter and prep the house for market. Randy also helped us liaise with realtors in New Brunswick and he came up with a system for a sort of "work from home" approach to house hunting; this "work from home" house hunting was vital to us as we were unable to go on a house hunting trip to New Brunswick due to COVID-19. As a final note, I spent 18 years in the Navy and bought and sold many houses in that time; I have never had such good service as I did with Randy and Bradbury. Really top notch professionals.

Diana is a legend and Jeanine is amazing. We had a ho hum house and they came in. Came up with a plan on what to renovate. What was important. And put in countless hours nights and weekends getting the house ready. They did way more than we ever expected and did it with a smile. Cool , fun ,smart women who know there stuff. As a finishing touch made it look like an gorgeous boutique hotel and we got over asking with multiple offers within two days. On the back end found us our dream house for a great value.
