In my business dealings with Simela ljacic she has proven time and time again to go the extra mile for me to get me the best possible quotes for insurance for both my business and personal lines of insurance. When I first dealt with Brokerlink Burlington location I required car insurance for my business and having contacted Simela on a Friday and requiring Insurance be bound for the Saturday she made sure this happened. She contacted me after hours on a Friday night to make sure coverage was in place for me the next day to ensure my office could pick up our new company vehicle on time. She has shown that she is prepared to go the extra mile for me to get the job done. This shows me that she cares about Good Customer Service which is extremely hard to find nowadays. I would strongly recommend anyone that requires insurance for either business or personal needs to call Simela you won't be disappointed. Thank you once again Simela.

5 Stars for Michelle Wingfield who has always provided me with with exceptional customer service. She's always quick to respond to my questions, inquiries and/or concerns. She even went out of her way to reach out to check up on me to see if I was ok or needed anything after finding out that I have made a claim. Michelle is an amazing broker. Highly recommended! I would give her 6 stars if I could!
