(January 8, 2017, 8:34 pm)I've been coming to BAMA for women's kickboxing for a couple of months now and it is such an inclusive and fun environment to be in. Shelley is a great instructor and always makes the classes fun! Being a woman with a disability is tough for a fitness class, but Shelley always modifies for me in such a way that it's still challenging but won't hurt me. I'd recommend this particular class to anyone who asks.
