I called this company this morning to have a look at my dryer as it was making a banging noise whenever the dryer was on or even if you just threw in heavy wet clothes or jiggled the dryer. They sent someone out right away, which was great, and advised there would be a $75 service fee....fine. The tech arrived...nice guy...figured out quickly that something was rattling around in the bottom of the dryer....probably not a huge problem....but couldn’t tell without taking the dryer apart to get to the bottom of the unit....at a cost of $250 + tax. As the noise seemed to be getting worse lately and I didn’t know if it would eventually result in something breaking or the dryer not working, I decided he should go ahead. Once he had the dryer open he found the clip holding the motor in place had slipped off from its proper place....to put it back in place was a simple push to pop it into its proper location....so at that point the dryer was fixed. Albeit the tech vacuumed and cleaned out the insides of the dryer (with my vacuum cleaner), and then put the unit back together....I feel that the charge of $285 including tax was quite excessive given he didn’t really have to fix anything, let alone replace parts etc. There should have been a charge of maybe $50 or $75 to open it up and put it back together, with additional charge based on what needed to be fixed, which in this case should have cost nothing! Unfortunate that this company overcharges, as the service was otherwise very good.

For a busy person like me, having a faulty washer is really frustrating, so when mine was broken I asked help from Burlington Appliance Repair right away. Good thing they always have an available repairman all the time. They quickly and smoothly fixed it leaving it working properly. Very professional and efficient!

Our old dryer wouldn’t start, so I called for professional appliance service. The repairman from Burlington Appliance Repair showed up, checked everything thoroughly, and found out that the thermal fuse had to be replaced. He got the job done and my problem was fixed at an affordable price.

My dishwasher broke several of my dishes, and I called Burlington Appliance Repair to find out what happened. The technician saw that the racks were wobbly and unwieldy, so they tightened them up. They also reprogrammed the wash arms to produce only the desired pressure. The result was a unit that worked silently and properly.
