CBI Appleby has a great atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the level of comprehensive care cannot be beat. I highly recommend them to help with any rehabilitation needs.

Unfortunately I have had two car accidents within a span of 9 months. After gage first accident I was sent to CBI by my insurance company and while I was fine with it my daughter who also needed to come in for treatment was very nervous. To be very honest I have yet to find anyone to make my daughter feel more comfortable then Heather. Not only does she make her comfortable but gives her great encouragement and as a mother this is the greatest thing that I could ask for. It was after pour second accident that I requested to come back here. Heather and Jennifer are absolutely great along with the other ladies and gentlemen here at Cbi.the facility is clean an they are always happy to see us and make sure we understand what we are doing and why alomg with how we are coming along. I would recommend CBI to everyone absolutely the best.

I highly recommend this clinic!
They have several different types of therapists and a great area to do all your stretches and exercises. The staff are all wonderful! Highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Being hurt sucks... but they make it suck less!!!

After a serious car accident, I was referred to CBI Burlington for my treatment program,. The staff and program have all been amazing from Day 1. From helping with paperwork and putting me on a progressive treatment program to making me feel like I will get my life back to normal again.
Seven weeks later, I feel that I am well on the road to a complete recovery. My Physiotherapist Jennifer, is fantastic and really listens and offers many options to try and see which one works best!
I would and have highly recommended this clinic to others!
