(January 30, 2019, 7:59 pm)These guys stood true to their word. Though it took some work on my part to get the deal I wanted, I can't knock them as they honoured the price match.
One of the 6 appliances delivered was damaged. I can't say enough good things about the delivery guys. They were true professionals and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy before they left.
Dealing with Coast Customer Service was a breeze and then Samsung Customer Service after was just as easy. The damaged part was replaced very quickly and efficiently without any stress or nonsense.
Very happy with my experience with this company. Give them a try!
PS. Very nice place and plenty to look at in their showroom.
(January 17, 2019, 5:11 pm)Just a note to tell you that I'm so very pleased with all my Whirlpool appliances. Your salesperson,Jasmeet Dalawari, was very helpful and the contact with regards to delivery was excellent. Your delivery people were timely and helpful with placing the carton boxes on the floor so I could store my old appliances for a few days to wait for Habitat for Humanity to come to pick them up. Tony the installer was excellent and arrived just a few hours after delivery to install my dishwasher. I am so pleased with the service, delivery and of course the appliances. I have recommended several people your way.
