Not only do I rely upon Creature Comforts in a professional capacity for their expertise, dependability and fairness, but I rely on them when I'm having any HVAC issues at my home as do my parents, colleagues and friends. I normally shy away from recommending companies but have no hesitation in recommending Creature Comforts for any and all HVAC needs. I needed help today and within 15 minutes of speaking with one of the owners was contacted saying they were 5 minutes away and asked if okay if they stopped by to resolve. Problem solved in minutes. Fantastic service, Grant and team came to service our older furnace and made some great recommendations. They went over rebate programs available, energy audit options to consider and we ended up replacing the furnace and AC unit and could not be happier. I don't do 5 stars but Creature Comforts HVAC are worth the 5 if not more. I've had my air conditioning unit replaced by them and my furnace. In both cases their service was amazing and very personal. They've been able to promptly respond to my calls every time that I've reached out. There is no one else I would recommend for HVAC services in Burlington and the surrounding area.
