He was calm and composed and observant throughout my examination which led me to calm down for entire test procedure. I wish Bob and entire staff of Burlington drive test centre GODSPEED. Thanks once again.
(March 8, 2021, 6:05 pm)Great experience. Customer service was quick and efficient even with covid protocols. Instructor was calm, fair, and very understanding. I forgot to submit a positive review of him at the test centre after my test and I don't know if he wants his name out there but he definitely deserves some recognition.
(December 21, 2020, 9:58 pm)I went for my knowledge test and the process was smooth. Went around 10:15 and had to wait approximately for 30 minutes outside. It wasn’t crowded and social distancing was maintained properly.
