  Was pleasantly surprised with all the different options they have. Name brand shoes at a discounted price. I’ll be coming back.

  “huge sale” signs posted all over store, however there isn’t much “on sale”. Inquired with an associate (as per the sign “ask an associate”) about the huge sale and she was oblivious to the lack of discounted items and quite defensive in her response. I have visited DSW multiple times and there have actually been “huge sales” without the signage. Disappointed in the experience with the skimpy clearance section, lack of discounted items (as per signange) and customer service.

  Shoes are expensive even if they are on sale. They do not carry kids shoes at this location. Could be better. Probably will not visit here again. Would rather go to some mall with multiple shoe vendors.

  First time visiting and it was a great experience. Went with my guy to look for new dress shoes for him, and found there was a good selection of brands and styles for decent prices.
  
  The service people were floating around and available but no one pestered us which was great. The store itself is brightly lit, very well organized, and has lots of benches and wide aisles to make it comfortable to try on shoes. The parking lot for this new plaza is huge.
  
  Great experience and will definitely be visiting again when we need to look for shoes!
