My organization used the services of F.G. Suter and Associate to take care of 2 tenancy issues on a rental property that we owned. Fred guided us through a very difficult eviction procedure, and stood with us at the tribunal hearing. The result was both problem tenants were evicted. I would never have successful without Fred's assistance and guidance.
