Fixt Wireless Repair - Burlington

Farwa Jafri is such a sweet girl who helped me fix a liquid damage phone. I went to Burlington Mall first, the guy there charged me a service fee but told me my phone was gone. He said the screen and battery were both good, but the mother board is gone. I was almost going to buy a new phone. Then I went to see Fixt. Farwa was so helpful she opened my phone again and found out there was actually a damage on my screen, my mother board was fine and all my data is there!! So I got new screen and battery, still my own phone! I am happy! Farwa is so helpful and she put customers' interest first, which is very rare these days!

Great service every time I go. There’s a very sweet and funny girl I usually deal with. Today my friend and I went in to get her battery replaced. The man who did it was Harris. He was very kind and friendly and did it wickedly fast. Definitely recommend this place.

I went to the Burlington Fixt Store today, and was pleasantly surprised by both Ian and Harris. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I did not feel like I was being scammed...which is nice for a change.
I would definitely give these guys the thumbs up for service...and will be letting all of my friends and co-workers know how I was treated today. I will visit this shop again for sure!!

Great service and price. Staffer Ian is a walking encyclopedia on phones and was super helpful to me and my son during our review of refurbished phones. We left with a phone my son was very pleased with and didn't break the bank.
Ian was very nice to non-customers too, as a fellow came in desperate for a short battery charge on his phone while he grabbed lunch next store. Ian got his phone charging and when the fella returned he was very appreciative.
The store environment is good too, they are not tied to any carriers so no high pressure pitches on new phones or plans.
