She really knew her stuff and explained everything really well. I requested a rush on my glasses so I would have them before I went away on vacation - and they arrived within a week! I had a wonderful experience when I placed the order for prescription contact lenses. The girl over there named Jasman is very helpful and sweet person. She made us feel comfortable and offered us the best deal , which made me feel to place the order right away and got it delivered on so urgent basis which made me really happy as well. I would highly recommend her if you have any questions or needs regarding vision.

My sons frames had broken with the screw still inside the one part of the frame. I originally took it to Vision Clinic who said there was nothing that they could do - and suggested I take it to a jeweler who would have the right tools to drill out the screw. So, I thought I would try Hakim Optical on Appleby Line where my son had originally purchased his glasses. The warranty was no longer valid but the wonderful and amazing Jasman, took the frames in the back and spent approximately 15 - 20 minutes trying to get the screw out. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to do it. She then looked to see if they still carried the same frames and again unfortunately they didn't still have the frames. Her next suggestion was to try and find similar size frames that the lenses would fit into. After much searching we came across the perfect frames - they would only require a bit of shaving of the lenses for them to fit. Jasman did her magic in the back and brought out to me my sons new glasses.

Thanks to Jasman my son will not have to go without his glasses for any time period at all.

I have my own eye test being done somewhere else tomorrow and while I was planning to purchase my glasses from where my eye test was being done - I won't any longer. I'll be going to Hakim Optical because they really take care of their customers!! I highly recommend this location!
