Good selection of commercial/ serious home cooking supplies. Sous vide containers and much more. Reasonable prices, very helpful staff. First time I've seen anyone stock eating utensils aimed to aid the elderly or anyone who has trouble gripping a normal fork, spoon, knife, ect.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, even with just a small purchase. Anything else I need, I'll be going back for sure.

Great showroom with lots of selection. Quick and easy to pick up what you need and head to work. There is always someone there to place an order if you need it.

I have been cooking all my life, and worked in kitchens since I can remember. I have been through supply stores from Toronto to Ottawa and am not easily impressed. I went in simply for a knife to keep at work and some baking supplies for my daughter. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the store lay out is fantastic. when i mentioned the kitchen i work in they instantly knew who the owner is and chatted me up with very nice things to say about him. everything i needed was in stock and fairly priced, i even left with more than i went in for, which is rare for me.

my only gripe is in the selection of blades. I am very particular when it comes to my knives, using 4 and 5 star exclusively. That being said i did go in on a Monday and im sure there is normally more stock. The knives on display, while not my cup of tea, are good quality knives, and fairly priced.

I will be back here, and so will my kids as they blossom into the culinary wizards i know they can be.
