Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Burlington

Hotel was spectacular! Rooms were very clean, breakfast was amazing and the rooms were relatively close to the highway but I heard nothing. The ambiance is very calm, delightful and welcoming. Don't be surprised to see me roaming around again!

So I guess some opinions will be different so before anyone gets mad at the rating read what I have to say. I understand a hotel is a place to stop, sleep then go. If you offer things like a pool or a hot tub, at least keep them clean, or don't advertise it. The pool was absolutely disgusting it had some sort of egg smell and the bottom of the pool was slimy with green residue all over it. Aside from that some places in the hotel are not kept clean there are massive cobwebs and a collection of dust. Service was good everything else was AVERAGE.

Staying here while on business. Great staff super friendly and helpful. The food is really yummy as well. Try the Cuban Chicken Sandwich during your stay it is amazing

I brought a large school group to Canada in April. This property was perfect for us as it is located halfway between Toronto and Niagara Falls. The staff and managers made everything very easy for our group. The reservations were simple and when we arrived to check in everything was in order and ready to go. I was so impressed and grateful!! They allowed us the use of a banquet room and we were able to have our breakfast there and our pizza party. They had staff serving us both days we were there and the service was better than most restaurants. The property overall was clean and there was ample parking for our motorcoaches. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Overall the service and experience was fantastic! I highly recommend!!!

Melanie at the front desk is wonderful. Our trip was almost ruined by a personal mistake and Melanie was sympathetic and understanding. She saved our trip. Our room is clean and comfortable. Also the many amenities are fabulous. Our children love the pool.
