The best sushi in Burlington. It’s not as cheap as all you can eat, but the quality and freshness are so much better.

An absolute gem. Sushi is excellent. Clean delicious food. Hard to find a good restaurant in Burlington. Prompt friendly service. Waitress is a bit of a character. Very straight forward but a sweetheart after you get to know her. Thank you so much for the excellent experience today.

Ichiban has some of the best sushi I've had the pleasure of eating. The rolls are huge, and full of flavorful fish. Each roll is very distinguishable, avoiding the common sensation of rolls tasting the same due to flavorless fish. On top of that the service is great and the owner is very friendly. Ichiban is definitely my favourite place to go for sushi.

Our family loves going here. They take a lot of care and passion in preparing the food and you can tell by the chefs and server that prepare and provide it to you. Lunch specials are well priced and the bento boxes are very good compared to others I have tasted. Service is always exceptional and they always welcome you with a strong ‘Hello!” and ‘goodbye’ in Japanese.
