Kelseys Original Roadhouse

Nothing really memorable here, just an ordinary chain restaurant. The AC is atop strong in some of the booths. Really no need to waste all that energy. Let’s think about the earth a little. I am impressed by the paper straws.

Been there a few times in the last month and a half, both during the week and on the weekend, and loved it!! Great vibe to the place and the food was excellent (from the appetizers we ordered right through the entrees and on to the yummy cheesecake dessert). Would highly recommend Kelsey’s north Burlington! As it happens, we’ve had the same server, Shelby, on all occasions and she has been outstanding — so friendly and so attentive — didn’t ever feel rushed and never felt we had fallen off her ‘radar! Will definitely be back again. Bravo to the entire team there!

Love the layout of this Kelseys! I used to go to the one in oakville and found it very loud and not very private in the booths, this is LOADS better!

My family came in to dinner on Thursday before the raptors game! Shelby was talking with my two youngest boys about the raptors (or should I say, they were talking her ear off), and was just great! Super friendly, made recommendations and also tended to other servers tables - it was a real team environment!

Came Thursday night for the raptors game! My waitress Shelby was a busy gal - but never let her service waiver. She let us know about all the specials on the menu - my two handed sangria was amazing by the way, and gave us all the time we needed to decide. The wings came out so fast and were not overly saucy, as I asked. Major improvements!

WOW! What a wonderful experience at Kelseys! Artemis was our server and she provided amazing customer service. Ordered the nachos...wow! what a huge plate! my kids loved them. Will definitely be back.
