(June 3, 2019, 11:39 pm)Shopped on line and tried out Lancaster in Burlington. What an incredible tire buying and installation experience. Friendly, welcoming and businesslike people. Good communicators. No hard sell, up sell or cross sell. The tires that were most appropriate for my driving were also the cheapest. Installation appointment time was honoured. They even invited me back for a no charge no appointment check after 150 km.

(September 19, 2018, 4:22 pm)Walked in on a Saturday morning to get a tire with a slow leak looked at. They were able to take it in right away and I was on my way with the tire fixed in 30 minutes. The place seems like a great, family run, local business.
