I was able to try every racket I wanted in a real badminton court at their amazing facility; before I decided on buying three of them. While all the staff is just great and courteous, Bruce, the gentleman who helped me and my son with every question was patient and diligent. And the racket line-up by the way, is incredible. Li-Ning is SERIOUS stuff. This place rightly deserves 5 stars.
(April 24, 2019, 2:17 pm)This is an amazing place. What makes it good is not only the product but also the people who work there. They are extremely welcoming and helpful. I went there 15 days ago for the first time and yesterday once again. I live far away in Caledon, but still like to visit the place. They have the best customer service that I have ever seen in a long long time. A great team. Thank you !!!
