I don't usually write reviews but with outstanding customer service and a building that has had me bragging nonstop about its features since I've seen the designs, I just had to share my experience and excitement!!!

I've had a pretty good idea of everything I want in my first home for a while now and the Waterview Condos in Grimsby offer above and beyond what I could have even imagined! When you purchase a Waterview condo, you're not just investing in a well built place to live, you're gaining a pretty spectacular lifestyle. A great sized condo for a price that's affordable; stylish interior with upgraded features, green features like low flow taps and toilets and easy access to the highway without the noise (because this is a new building with top of the line materials used), peaceful surroundings, nature close by AND A VIEW THAT WILL MAKE YOUR JAW DROP...... Every condo faces the beautiful lakeshore!!!! How cool is that?!
Besides the condo being a dream come true, the customer service at Waterview is fantastic!!!
I went to the sales centre and spoke with Paddie who is absolutely lovely. She answered all of my questions and was very sincere, I got a great vibe from her and she listened intently to what I want in a condo and even suggested I do my research on other condominiums to compare my options. After doing so.... I'm sold on a Waterview!!! She also informed me that the Grimsby Go Train will be available in 2020 which is a huge bonus making it fast and easy to get to Toronto where I work.
I would definitely recommend checking these condos out and speaking with Paddie; you'll be absolutely blown away. The people at Waterview have thought of everything and beyond to make these spaces mind blowingly beautiful and a place anyone would be very proud to call a home!
