Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. I wanted a discontinued style of hardware and he took the time to dig through his inventory and find the last set for me. Excellent customer service and beautiful showroom!

They do nice work but they are pricey and their after sales support could be much better. I bought a 60-inch mantel piece for $475 that I told them specifically would be hung free standing. They told me they had the hardware for that. Therefore I was surprised when I brought the mantel home and there was NO mounting hardware attached. Who sells a fireplace mantel without some type of mounting hardware? Even Home Depot sells their 60-inch mantel for $120 with hardware. So for 4X the price it should be included. So they lose one star sending me home with a mantel piece I can't even hang, and another star for making me come back and then pay another $60 for 4 bolts to mount it (apparently they claim these are custom made bolts, though they look the same as mounting bolts you would find in any hardware store)
