In terms of counselling, therapy and personalized service I must say that Melanie is perhaps one of the best in the industry. She takes the time to get to know each client personally and has a genuine care and concern for each individual. It's not just about the listening (which she does very well) but also about providing clients with an individualized approach that truly meets the needs of every client.
