Switching to Meridian is one of the best business decisions I've ever made. I've been a small business owner for 25 years, and mostly dealt with the big banks. Meridian is so much better in every way. Mostly the really, truly personal service. They are excellent. Special thank you to all the nice people at my Burlington branch!

When the bank learned of the bad experience I had, they apologized and remedied the situation with excellent attention in my next appointment that I scheduled at Clarkson. The managers and advisors of the two branches were very understanding and I think that is what customer loyalty is all about. Thank you.
