(February 11, 2019, 12:23 am)When purchasing my first home, I was told I should get a home inspection, and found Mike through Yelp. He called me within 10 minutes, and we set up the inspection a day or so later. He was not only quick to respond, but extremely professional and so nice. He was so knowledgeable, and definitely put me at ease as this was my first home inspection and I had no clue what I was doing, or what I should be looking for. I would and will definitely use him again for another inspection, for any other home related questions I have, and definitely be recommending him to anyone who's looking for a professional, knowledgeable, punctual, very kind home inspector :-) very reasonable prices too!!
(January 20, 2019, 10:22 pm)Mike's work ethics are amazing. He was on time, he communicated his intentions so that I would always know what he was doing and why. This made me comfortable.
I learnt a lot about my house while he did his walk through. I ask a lot a questions and he was very patient with me and answered every one of them. Really good attitude, a pleasure to be around.
I recommend him for any home inspection.
