Within less than a minute, a customer service rep replied. She assured me that they could fix this for me and that my account would be refunded. Less then 12 hours later my accout was credited the 10%, along with an email to notify me. This was my first time purchasing from your company online. Due to the exceptional customer service I recieved, I will most definitly be a loyal customer and look forward to making more purchases in the near future! I have bought all my bras for the last 10 years from my top drawer and been happy until today. my last bra is just over a year old and the under wire broke and because its more than a year old they will not do anything for me, when I spend more then $100.00 per bra & hand wash them, I expected better then sorry we can do nothing for you.
