We have been using Benjamin Moore products for over 50 years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the product is superb.

As to Neo Paint - the service is also superb. We’ve been buying paint there for a couple of years. What big box store can you call and ask to have your paint ready when you walk in the door and then offer to deliver it to your house if you’d be late for the train? None. The big box wouldn’t even take your call.

As a realtor I buy more paint than the average person... painting every listing is typical. I will drive past other paint stores in Burlington to buy at Neo 1 or Bronte Village. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I have had nothing but good experiences since new owners took over in 2017.

Quinn and Jackson were amazing to deal with. Quinn helped to pick amazing colours and Jackson made excellent suggestions regarding decorating. Quinn has a real eye for colour, we were quite amazed. Both of them, as well as other staff, were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make dealing with Benjamin Moore such an enjoyable experience. While the quality of the paints speak for themselves, the staff are excellent representatives of the product. They really know their "stuff". You won't be disappointed enlisting their help.
