Our company has been helped in a great way with New Hope Counselling. Dr. Miklos taught our team better ways of handling the stress of dealing with difficult customers, growing work loads, administration methods, and lots more. We used the "Distance Business Coaching" to communicate with Dr. Miklos as he walked us through ideas for incorporating policies and procedures for in-house work. Dr. Miklos also created systems for hiring new staff and for organizing our workflow to better serve our customers in a professional way.
