“This gym is one of the best fitness gyms in Burlington if you are looking exclusively at gym amenities. It has an amazing selection of free weights including a dumbbell rack that goes up to 140lbs and a huge selection of different bars ie. yoke, hex, log, farmer carries etc. and old but great machines like a donkey calf raise along with some more modern, functional equipment like a strip of astroturf and sled, kettlebells, olympic rings etc. It also has all of the essential cardio machines, spin class room and zumba style studio with a lot of open space along with a sauna. It does look pretty rough with a weird smell and washrooms that are falling apart but in the end, its a gym, not a hotel. Ultimately, the volume and variety of equipment at your disposal here that is very hard to come by in a gym when the market is saturated with uninspiring, big box gyms full of cardio equipment is refreshing.”

“I found Lucille's Ball Dance Club while googling Meetups for Swing Dance lessons. I started there just over 2 months ago and absolutely love it. Lucy is so energetic and fun and makes you want to keep going back! The dance studio is clean and bright and spacious. Kyle, the assistant instructor is very good, encouraging and just as much fun as Lucy. What a great gem of a studio! This is the most fun I have had in a dance class and look forward to many many years of dancing with them.”

“I have been searching for an Ayurvedic doctor in the GTA for more than 13 years. I am very grateful to have found Manish and his wife Kalpana this past spring. I have not met a more thorough doctor who understands the principles of Ayurveda in most of my travels. As well they offer very good Panchakarma treatments. If you are looking to get healthy I suggest visiting Manish and Kalpana. Having spent the past 13 years visiting the Chopra Centre in San Diego and most recently this year visiting Rishikesh in India doing Panchakarma. Manish offers the same treatments and they are on par with India if not better.”

“Wonderful school! When I was 16 I had applied for school and got accepted, however, I still needed 3 elective credits. My regular highscool would not allow me for an early graduation. I had tried schools like GSS, MM, LBP, no one would let me graduate early. So I am so thankful to had found GAHS and without hesitation they let me take my course, finish on my time, and I was graduated. Later year I felt I had rushed into business school and craved to learn more. I went back after completing my first rounds of post-secondary school. I am so pleased to have such a fantastic school available. I never dealt with bullying like I had in regular school. When I asked for assistance I was given it and not put down as I had at the other high-schools. I can not say enough great things about this school and their staff. Thank you!”

“Our daughter started going in October in the infant room and soon will be moving to the toddler room. We love it here so much, the staff is very friendly and accommodating to your child's needs. We love getting the daily reports and the occasional pictures of activities she is doing. We also love that they provide good healthy meals. I would definitely recommend this center.”
