I wanted to give.honest feedback. PcX is got amazing deals on high end electronics. You need to check often because items dont stay in stock long. But when you do grab a deal they are amazing deals. They send nice newsletters and also have in-store pickup or go directly to store and buy. But always check out their website.

Purchased a great OCC Silver power cord during a sale in 2016, added some interconnects last year. Parts Connexion recently performed a Cardas 15A plug termination upgrade, knowledgable experienced techs, this is the best our high fidelity system has ever sounded, 5 Stars.

Parts connexion had some B-stock Klipsch speakers (Forte III) a speaker I have alway wanted. One speaker was chipped. I emailed the company to inquire about the damage and received a response quickly from Chris. Chris offered to repair the damage. After various emails I decided to purchase. Chris said he would send me pictures of the repair and If I wasn't satisfied I could cancel the order. A week later three photo's appeared and the repair looked great. The speakers were heavy and Chris offered to meet me half way between Toronto & Burlington to pick up. I now have the speakers and repair is 100%. (even passed the wife test) Great customer service.

Great selection and prices. Came to purchase a pair of speakers, Dave took the time to set them up and let me test them. No sales pressure whether you are buying $200 or $20,000 gear. Will recommend and purchase again.
