We love having Reliance! We have our water heater, water softener and furnace with Reliance! When they come and install they are very clean and organized. We like to have the guarantee that if something goes wrong someone will come and fix it. We had Michael Grant as our representative and he was very easy to talk to. He was very friendly and explained everything to my husband and I. He was also not pushy which is a bonus. We would definitely recommend!

Our hot water tank with reliance needed to be replaced. We had a tech come in a week ago and he did some quick repairs. A week later, we had no hot water again. So I’m pretty sure the problem was there a week ago... regardless Jackson was the tech this time around and he did a great job. He was honest with us, didn’t take any short cuts, replaced all the pipes and the tank.

Our water heater stopped working in the afternoon and I was able to get a service appointment for the following morning. When the tech came, he offered to change the tank and since we rent, there was no fee of course. He changed it quickly and removed the old tank for us. He was very nice and very helpful. We are very grateful for Reliance and rely on them for our furnace and AC too. Always happy with their technicians and their level of customer service.

Making an appointment was quick and easy (even on a weekend).
Our kitchen faucet was not operating properly. On Sunday morning we received a call from plumber Domenic to say he would be at our house by 8 am.
Domenic arrived a few minutes later right at 8 am. Domenic was very polite when he arrived and asked exactly what the issue was with the faucet. Domenic then checked all the parts and quickly determined that we required a part to fix our faucet. He also recommended a couple other options to replace the faucet with more recent models at a reasonable price.
Domenic then asked if there were any other issues that he could fix. I remembered our outdoor faucet was leaking. Domenic said "no problem" and within minutes he replaced the faucet with a new one and it now works like a dream.
I would certainly recommend Reliance Home Comfort for any repairs around the house.. If it is a plumbing issue you would be fortunate to get Domenic .
