Rexall

I have to share my very positive experience with the pharmacy staff that I just had. Tonight is a very snowy, cold and windy night. My doc faxed a prescription for me to this pharmacy that I was desperate to have tonight and it was done so late in the day by the time it was ready one of my kids was already in bed and being on my own tonight, I couldn't leave the house. So, one of the pharmacy assistants so kindly offered to walk it to my house for me in this snow storm. I was so thankful! I couldn't actually believe I was getting that kind of service from a pharmacy. She was snow covered and frozen when she got her and was still so pleasant I was very touched at the effort she made just to help me, a stranger, feel better. Thank you so much! That is incredible service.

Friendly staff but often short staffed and getting assistance can be a chore

I can't imagine why there are such low reviews of this Rexall. I've been coming regularly for two years - clean and spacious with amazing customer service.

The pharmacy staff is pleasant and try to be helpful, but they often seem to be short-staffed. There have also been far too many changes over the past 2-3 years resulting in a huge lack of continuity. One wonders why this is happening? Not likely a coincidence!

And we were nonplussed to recently observe the tape markings (indicating corrals?) on the carpeting for the individual pharm staff to "stay in/work from". The latter was a highly immature management decision. And also, so demeaning to the staff.

After many, many years of using the Rexall pharmacy, we have now moved to another pharmacy.
