Wide selection of outdoor gear for your needs. I like the wide selection of goods from expensive brand names to normal price. People here are very friendly and helpful

Awesome place. Most of the staff are great to deal with. They had what i wanted at a great price. Saved about $100 and spent about $330 bought a few different things for the money. Drove 30mins to get there.
Recently had an issue with a fishing rod which unfortunately cost a lot of time, money and fun due to a defect. Had a very poor initial experience at the customer service desk, and then was redirected to the Fishing department where they asked why I was sent there from Customer Service.
I'm not sure why "Brandon", the manager wouldn't come out to see us either. Not really sure that they're a real person at this point, however I will say this. Marco from upstairs really listened to us and took his time to not read my policies but to try and find a solution to our problem. Imagine buying fishing gear for a first timer using it once, losing all your gear and then having to wait 6 weeks for a replacement. You have to be inhuman to not have sympathy and work your magic to help.
Again, thank you to Marco who listened, de-escalated, cared and found us a way to enjoy our fishing moving forward. We even upgraded and purchased a carrying bag.
To management (if there is one there) - be a solutions based company. Forget about the policies once in a while and find a way to help. Think about long term sales and revenue for your store and forget about insignificant losses in the short term for the sake of a policy.
