I always enjoy a trip to Sayal for odds and ends. As long as you're aware that quality varies depending on the item (don't expect high-end stuff) you can usually find electronics or tools to help you in a pinch.

I’ve been shopping regularly at the Burlington location for about a year now. Great selection and the staff is friendly. Not overtly friendly like in an American Steakhouse, more “Canadian friendly” in a quiet and polite way.

Just the other day I was stuck in traffic and arrived a few minutes past closing for curbside pickup.

I waited outside a few minutes hoping a staff member would see me. Unfortunately they didn’t come to the door until they were actually leaving for the night. They were kind enough to give me my order. This isn’t a huge deal, it only took them a minute to get my order but some retail stores that wouldn’t have done it. This saved me another 40 minute round trip to the store. Thanks Burlington Sayal. 👍

Great supply of electronic components. The only downside here is that staff is not friendly at all and not so helpful either. The have an attitude as though the customer is bothering them. I only go when I need something that I can't get elsewhere. I know a lot of people in the electronics field who feel the same way. The owner allows this and doesn't seem to care the he loses money by allowing this attitude.
