Although not impressed with the actual owner of this establishment, he is redeemed by his wonderful staff, who know how to deliver quality customer service, unlike the owner. The owner should sit down with his staff and ask them to train him on perfecting customer service. (I had purchased a gift card for my Daughter of $20 but when she went to use it, it had not been activated - he would not honour it although I had the debit receipt to prove I had just purchased it prior to xmas - in the end Head Office redeemed it). The only reason I frequent this coffee shop is because #1 it is Canadian and #2 the staff are very friendly. I order a lot of home delivery and love the personal notes thanking me for my support of their shop! I phoned to ask for extra whip today on my delivery order and they fulfilled that with no problem.

Excellent service, very professional and great taste with quality. This is one of the best second cup I have been. Drive through has some disadvantage as the drive way is short and cannot accommodate more than 5/6 car, rest has to be on the road.
