I had severe pain in my ear and it was completely blocked with wax. She tried to understand my perspective and helped me solve the trouble that I was experiencing using ear wax removal drops.
Anything to do with the ear is super complex but sometimes it is better to get them cleaned as it helps you to LISTEN BETTER.
