(December 30, 2021, 3:38 pm)The staff at this location is very friendly! Please remember when visiting this location they only have 3 desks in service (because of covid). I was informed by security that appointments get served first before walk in clients. This means you might wait outside for a bit. Overall it’s a great experience.
(November 9, 2021, 12:20 am)The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! I started to wait in line outside with two groups of people in front of me but it took a bit more than 1 hour to finish - so I took one star out due to the lack of efficiency. Overall it served the purpose if you were not in a hurry and the weather was nice (you may need to wait outside for more than half an hour).
