Amazing staff who take the time it needs to find a mask that is comfortable and fits right. They have loaner masks that u can take home and try. Finding the right comfort is key to success. Once u find the right mask it may be cheaper online or through the usa for replacements, but get ur first one from smg. They know what they r doing

Let me start by saying I never give reviews for companies so for me to go out of my way for this tells you how amazing they are. This is the pinnacle of customers service that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Tammy the owner and her employees have assisted me on numerous occasions in regards to helping me find the right solution for an issue I might have been having. Whether it be with different mask fitting issues or parts of a machine needing to be replaced over time (as they do) they always gives me the best outcome for my situation.
Also when trying out new equipment instead of having to buy it first they suggested I rent it (I didn't even think this was an option) and see how it goes. This was ideal as I needed to try a few different options out at one point and to buy everything out right would have cost a lot of money. They are very knowledgeable and I would recommend this particular location to anyone who deals with CPAP machines and accessories as it is the only one I will ever use for my needs.

They All we’re very friendly came in early for me so I didn’t have to miss work . They were very knowledgable on the equipment . And helpful . I would recommend any one to them.
