(January 28, 2019, 3:08 pm)We recently had to say goodbye to our 13 year old yellow lab, Gordie. Gordie was a long time patient of Sound Side Pet Hospital. The care that he received every single time that we visited them was Excellent. Ashlee, the Vet Tech and Dr Honda were his primary care givers and they are both amazing. Not only were they knowledgable and professional, but they truly showed compassion and care for Gordie during every visit. I have to say though, watching all the staff during our visits really showed me that everyone who works there are true professionals and show a real compassion for pets and their owners. During many of our visits, we were provided with different treatment options, and once we made our decision regarding Gordie's treatment, they supported all the way. A day or two after many of our visits, someone from the Hospital would call to follow up to see how Gordie was doing, and to see if we had any questions or concerns. If anyone in the Burlington or Oakville area are looking for a Veterinary clinic for their pet, I would highly recommend South Side Pet Hospital.

Dr Honda is wonderful as is all the staff. They have squeezed us in for same day appointments when our dog was not well...always reducing our worry and stress by providing great care for him. They always follow up after any procedures to see how he is doing and to answer any additional questions we may have. Would definitely recommend.
