I have purchased every car I have ever owned at Terrace with the exception of one. The reason? The staff and the incredible service I get at the Quicklane. Brenda and Chris are outstanding at what they do and always have time for my car. They care for my Focus like it was a Lincoln. Dennis, in the sales department has sold multiple cars to members of my family and myself and has always done so with great care and attention to detail. He always has a friendly hello and comes to greet me when I am in the service department. I highly recommend this dealership, and the new ownership seems to be working our well. Always a great experience at Terrace Ford. Sara from the sales team has helped me greatly with purchasing my new mustang. She’s always been friendly and has treated me very well since my purchase date and continues to help me with any questions I have with no hesitation at all. I was a young adult buying a new car and wasn’t taken very seriously at other places but when it came to dealing with Sara she made me feel very welcomed and treated me very well. Great job! I picked up my new Lincoln MKC today and the staff were absolutely wonderful. My salesperson was Jose and he was caring and respectful and after working with the Managers, was able to get a great deal on a 4 yr lease. The Managers, Adam and Dave are very personable and welcoming. They are definitely striving to start things off right. Kudos to you both for having such a great staff!
Today, when I went in to pick up my vehicle, I was in a bit of a hurry and Jose was with another customer. Instead of making me wait, the other staff there (John and Sarah) jumped right up and helped me out. I was very impressed with their willingness to help a client that wasn't theirs. John was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and went through all the details with me so I would feel confident driving away. He even set up my phone and seat position! I also would like to mention that Danielle (Finance) was also amazing to deal with. She is very thorough and pleasant!
I have no doubt that I will continue to deal with this great dealership!
