The Auto Station

I took my BMW M3 to The Auto Station for a general maintenance and the service was great along the whole process. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite, they gave me a back-up vehicle for the day, provided a detailed report of the inspection of my vehicle via text message with a link that allowed me to access it easily from my phone, and kept me updated through the day on the status of the works being done to the car. I am (was) also a customer of Mercedes-Benz Burlington, and can assure that I never felt treated as a premium brand customer, however I did feel this treatment at The Auto Station. Will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here.

The front desk staff are knowledgeable and always take their time to listen, fully explain any issues, and answer every one of my questions. Their work orders and updates are clearly stated and well explained, and Andrew is a great technician - I fully trust them with my vehicle!

Brought my Toyota 4Runner in for a brake repair. I grabbed one of their free loaner cars and got back to my day. The entire experience was fantastic.

As a woman responsible for my personal vehicle repair needs it’s beyond helpful to have a female mechanic at the front desk. Serena is the true professional to deal with.
