(April 28, 2019, 2:35 am)The ordering process was simple, and I was notified by a very competent employee that I needed to be more specific about the corners of my new hot tub cover. It didn’t take long to arrive. Colour and fit were perfect, and it weighed a lot less than my old cover which was pretty saturated. Very happy with the whole experience.
