The staff, especially, Pam, the assistant manager, used every strategy possible for me to receive cash from an online return. I did not have the bar code from my original order. This caused a multitued of problems. Pam solved the problem efficiently and with good humour. I would definitely return to the shop for the merchandise and the staff. Well done!

Service was very friendly and efficient, and the exchange process was easy.
Was surprised to find that the item I'd purchased had a 2 year over-the-counter exchange warranty.
No complaints apart from the fact that they need to open up more stores!
