I had an excellent example of customer service last week when I purchased, ordered, and returned several items to Think Kitchen. The staff, especially, Pam, the assistant manager, used every strategy possible for me to receive cash from an online return. I did not have the bar code from my original order. This caused a multitued of problems. Pam solved the problem efficiently and with good humour. I would definitely return to the shop for the merchandise and the staff. Well done!

Came here to exchange a defective item that I'd purchased online.

Service was very friendly and efficient, and the exchange process was easy.

Was surprised to find that the item I'd purchased had a 2 year over-the-counter exchange warranty.

No complaints apart from the fact that they need to open up more stores!
