Absolutely amazing team. One of our big machines with a 75hp drive went down in the thunderstorm last night and it was impossible to get any feedback from the machine mfg. I called Toshont and asked for a quote for a replacement drive at 8:30am. By 9:30am I received a call that they had a compatible replacement unit available in stock and that their engineers were checking compatibility. At 11am we received the quote and confirmation it would work for our application. Upon arrival to pickup the unit their shipping/receiving manager was already waiting at the dock for us and knew us by name. They loaded the 200 lbs drive into our truck and even their sales manager greeted us at their dock and thanked us for our order. Very pleasant experience. This is the type of customer service I have always hoped for. By 8pm we had the drive installed, wired, setup and the programmed. Our machine was running and we couldn't be happier. Everyone else informed us of a 1 week delivery or quoted us an inflated price knowing it was an emergency. I could only recommend Toshont for your industrial application needs. Thank you!
