I have so much good to say about Total Image that it’s going to be hard to fit it all into a quick review! I’ve been going to Betty-Anne for years and years to get my hair done and each time I walk out of the salon with a huge smile on my face. Everyone at the salon is absolutely amazing and friendly beyond belief - not only will you leave with an amazing haircut or style but you’ll also have had an excellent experience with people that care about you and your hair every step of the way: Whether it’s a quick trim or a drastic new change Total Image will help you out and give you new hair to love!

I have been going to Alisha to do my hair for the past few years and have never been disappointed! She is very skilled in what she does and has the most wonderful personality!! She takes the time necessary to perfect each treatment she does on your hair and makes you feel pretty fabulous in the process. She works at a very high skill level and knows her stuff! All I have to do is show her a photo and she she know what steps she need to take! She explains the steps she will take throughout the visit and confirms you are satisfied at the end. She takes pride in the work she does and is truly amazing at what she does! I have long hair and never once has Alisha complained about dealing with it. Every appointment I have had with Alisha has been fantastic, so if you want a positive experience I highly recommend her!

I'm a very specific type of client that likes to have hair looks explained to me before actually cutting so I am more comfortable. I am very attached to my long length of hair and after this salon was taken over by new management my regular hairdresser was gone. I was a bit nervous for my first visit as they were going to give me a junior stylist but I explained I don't trust just anyone with my hair and I prefer someone more senior with lots of experience. This is where I met Betty (who is also the store manager) and have been going here for 7 years now and always get a wash, cut, style and blow dry which usually takes about an hour. Love the care and attention Betty and her courteous, friendly staff provide. She always makes me feel at ease and is wonderful with giving new style suggestions or whether or not the hairstyle I have in mind suits my type of hair, face shape, etc. I recommend this place so highly I even got my boyfriend to switch his old school dresser to go with Betty also for 5 years now. She is always on point and up to date with what is on trend. You can tell she really takes pride and enjoys her work. She has a high reputation with the salon and all her clientele and takes it very seriously. She is in high demand so if you would like to get a hair appt with her within the week or so go in on weekday evenings as her schedule is slammed on weekends where you could be waiting a couple of weeks or more. Me and my boyfriend will continue to use this high class establishment as we always leave happy and their prices are more than reasonable. :) :) :) :)
