(August 21, 2021, 12:14 am)Dropped into Turtle Jack's with 4 adults and 2 children. Chose indoor seating as patio was preferred by many as outdoors Covid safe.... but pretty crowded in my opinion. Luckily, indoors was very deserted plus air conditioner. Service was great, menu provided lots of options plus a kids friendly choices. No free deserts for kids, but the Loot Chest with toy trinkets and snacks kept them happy! Throughly felt safe in their clean environment and would readily choose to visit again. Recommended!!
(August 16, 2021, 2:06 pm)Went here to have lunch while our Tesla was charging and was very happy we did. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the blackened chicken wrap and it was the best blackened chicken I have ever had. The rest of the family also enjoyed their meal. Makes me wish we had a Turtle Jack's in Ottawa
(August 11, 2021, 12:48 am)Incredible service (shoutout to a very nice guy named Dave i believe). My mom and I both had the Turkey sandwiches but they ran out of the regular bread so they subbed ciabatta instead but it was great either way. Amazing drinks too. Would love to go again

Only issue was others walked by us without any acknowledgement. The staff were out on the patio drinking beers and talking amoungest themselves.
Food was good. Drinks were well presented. Management should make a policy about employees drinking on the patio with guests. Looks a bit odd seeing workers drinking, guests don't know if they are on shift or not.
(May 10, 2021, 9:19 pm)I am so pleased with their customer service. Im new to this end of town and my first time buying here, the food was excellent although they accidentally charged me for deserts I didn't ask for. They refunded me the money and gave me the deserts for free.
This made me go back and my husband ordered something for mothers day for me but the noodles were not cooked soft enough, they made sure that the next time we visited they gave us our entire order for free !! and it tasted Wonderful.
