Urban Traveller

My wife and I stopped in Urban Traveller last week. We live out of town and were in the mall to pick up a few times that are not available anywhere closer. We saw the face coverings and other ppe in their storefront as we walked by.

We stopped in just to check it out. Well...the young salesman was extremely helpful and informative as he described the various products and the benefits of various items... things we would have had not even paid attention to had he not pointed them out to us.

We then spoke with another gentlman and had an informative discussion. Turned out he was the Manager/owner. Great conversation. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Would certainly encourage people check it out. We see another trip here in the near future.

Love this place for travel items. The people working there are great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always a great experience.

Surprisingly well stocked little travel shop with very knowledgable staff. Wide selection of high end luggage, plus a ton of packing accessories.

Just gotta say that Urban Traveller is going to be the place I shop for travel gear and accessories. The selection of products and prices are excellent. The part that really won me over is their customer service. There was a mix up in something I ordered. Urban Traveller emailed me and called me immediately to confirm what I ordered was correct. After confirming everything, they offered me the product I wanted at the price they told me even though the product I wanted was a little more expensive. I also live in Winnipeg, which should make it a little more harder to deal with someone a province away but this did not impact their interaction. Both items I ordered were shipped promptly. I will continue to buy from Urban Traveller and also recommend to my family and friends that they do as well. Thanks Urban Traveller!
