I've been a client for a few years and only had my motorcycle insured with Vince...and I will say that their staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and very friendly.

I had an issue with my previous broker and decided to call Vince and ended up dealing with Daniel.
I will say that Daniel came thru and did everthing to help me out.
So I just moved my house policy over and as soon as my vehicles expire...well its coming too...
I also appreciate that they send out a personal birthday greetings and holiday greeting cards too..
Who else does that these days....NO one but Vince Ippolito & company...
You guys truly know the meaning of customer service...reminds me of the older days when you had to earn a customer's trust, and Yes they did....and always have!!!
