  It was very busy when I came in today but they were able to get me a new prescription and make my glasses in a few hours. I love my new glasses and the service here!

  The customer service is amazing! All of the staff are focused on making sure you leave happy. I was in a rush to get glasses and they made me a pair in 20 mins on the spot! I will definitely be coming back

  Very friendly staff. Shaheen helped me pick the new frame, excellent customer service, really enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, my new eyeglasses broke after one week, went back to see them and they replace it without any issue. Thank you vision clinic, you have earned a loyal customer!

  My son lost his glasses and needed a replacement a day before he had to move back to Waterloo for school. I called Vision Clinic, explained the situation, they gave us an appointment for eye exam with hours notice. They managed to have his glasses ready within an hour right after his eye exam. Excellent quality glasses, reasonable price and very friendly staffs. I highly recommend this place for any glasses needs
